Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your vyshoo.com account should match with the name of the bank account holder.
Refunds will reflect in the Bank Account registered with vyshoo.com during registration within 3-5 standard business working days.
Once order is successfully placed,
user can only be cancelled within 7 days of order being delivered to the specified address (Shipping Address during Order checkout on the vyshoo.com).
You may request returns for most items you buy from our sellers listed on vyshoo.com that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page and/or vyshoo.com.
