Seller Fulfilled items

These are items that are shipped directly by the seller. The shipping speeds and charges for these items vary per seller and are displayed before placing the order.

Please note that delivery charges (if any) on these items are applicable either by weight or distance.
Based on the minimum order criteria, order can be shipped freely.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of return, as the case may be, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account.

Refund for Pay on Delivery Orders:

For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)) with standard business working days (3-5).

If you wish to receive the Pay on Delivery order’s refund to your bank account, you can update the details of the bank account in Your Account section or from the Returns Centre when you are returning an item.

Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your vyshoo.com account should match with the name of the bank account holder.
Refunds will reflect in the Bank Account registered with vyshoo.com during registration within 3-5 standard business working days.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

When can I cancel?

Once order is successfully placed,

Order can only be cancelled,

within 24hrs of order being processed to the specified address (Shipping Address during Order checkout on the https://vyshoo.com).
Once shipping process of order is started Order can not be cancelled

What can I return?

You may request returns for most items you buy from our sellers listed on vyshoo.com that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page and/or vyshoo.com.

Items are returnable only within 7 days of order being delivered those are received in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on https://vyshoo.com.
